Delicious Crockpot Chili
INGREDIENTS (serves 50)
8 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 #10 can (108 oz) of dark kidney beans, drained
1 #10 can (106 oz) of tomato sauce
1 #10 can (102 oz) of tomatoes
10 oz. of chili seasoning
16 cups water
cheese for topping (optional)
corn chips for topping (optional)
green onion for topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. After the beef is browned, and grease drained, place in crockpot. Add in kidney beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, chili seasoning, and water. Stir until well combined.
2. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
3. Serve with your favorite chili toppings, such as cheese, sour cream, or corn chips!
